Laredo, TX – Fatal Pedestrian Accident on I-35 Claims Life of 33-Year-Old Man

Laredo, TX (September 24, 2025) – A tragic accident took place on Interstate 35 in Laredo on Sunday, September 21, leaving one man dead.

Authorities reported that 33-year-old Sebastian Guerrero was struck by a Toyota Prius while walking along I-35. Police confirmed that Guerrero died at the scene from his injuries. The driver of the Prius immediately stopped, remained at the scene, and fully cooperated with investigators. A passenger in the vehicle also provided a statement to police.
