Kansas City, MO – Person Trapped After Injury Crash on I-35 at I-435
Kansas City, MO (October 9, 2025) – Emergency responders rushed to the scene of a serious traffic accident on Tuesday morning, October 7, at the interchange of Interstate 35 and Interstate 435 in Kansas City.
The crash, reported around 7:41 a.m., involved a light blue Ford SUV. According to initial reports, one person became trapped inside the vehicle following the collision. Fire and medic units arrived quickly and worked to extricate the occupant before transporting them to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Traffic in the area was heavily affected while crews cleared debris and assisted those involved. The extent of injuries sustained in the crash has not yet been released.
